Bethel Home Begins Construction Project - 3/8/2010
Bethel Home hired Altman-Charter last fall to help develop a nursing household as well as a multi-purpose room addition to their existing campus. After studying their options the owner elected to combine the two projects into a single building addition. The newly formed household provides a kitchen and dining area which will serve the new nursing rooms as well as the existing wing. This addition draws the existing wing into the newly formed neighborhood giving it an open feel with a large Living area and Quiet Lounge. The multi-purpose room addition has a separate exterior entry allowing it to hold not only Bethel Home functions but gives the surrounding community a place to hold outside events. Altman-Charter has started construction of this 7,000+ square foot facility and will turn over the keys to the owner this summer.
