McCormack Barron Salazar has hired Altman-Charter Company to construct the 4th Phase of their new Renaissance Place at Grand, which has completely transformed the nearly four-decade old Blumeyer Public Housing Complex in St. Louis, Missouri. Altman-Charter specializes in the planning, design, and construction of senior housing and urban redevelopment projects.

The nearly $16 million project is being constructed for McCormack Barron Salazar, a nationwide firm known for its affordable housing and market-driven residential projects in urban areas. This is the forth phase of a $100+ million long-term strategy to help revitalize the Grand Center Arts & Entertainment District being developed by McCormack Barron Salazar and the St. Louis Housing Authority.

Altman-Charter Company has previously completed Phase I and II of this development which includes 252 units housed in 76 different buildings with a community center, pool, fitness center and meeting areas.
