The initial phase of a $19 million development was completed with the acceptance of 82 new Elder independent living units, consisting of both one and two bedroom units. The three-story structure provides a new commercial kitchen and elegant dining areas; lounges for resident use within each neighborhood area; wellness areas and many other amenities.

The final development phase, just recently started, is the renovation of the existing apartment structure into a new 65 unit assisted living facility. This renovation work is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
