Retirement Housing Foundation has hired Altman-Charter to construct their new 40-unit three-story seniors apartment building located in Pagedale, Missouri. Altman-Charter worked as part of the Owner’s development team to work through budgeting issues, while maintaining the Owner’s quality expectations.
