Altman-Charter was hired to manage the design and construction process for 27 new seniors apartments located on the existing Larksfield Place campus in Wichita, Kansas. Altman-Charter worked as part of the Owner’s development team to work through the functional, quality and marketplace expectations, while maintaining the Owner’s development proforma.
