On October 15, 2008 Altman-Charter completed the HUD funded Affordable Senior Apartments in Mansfield, Texas. The owner, Pacific Retirement Services accepted the building and immediately started to move clients into the facility. This project was the first Altman Charter has built for Pacific Retirement Services. They were quite happy with the quality and delivery process of the project. This project had its hurdles clearing several issues with the city but once construction began the team assembled by the owner preformed the work without delay. Set in a residential and park like setting, this facility is very attractive to the community and people it serves.
