Disciples Village Place Project fills up two weeks after completion - 12/1/2008
The owners of a new 51 unit HUD funded 202 are looking to the future and planning on submitting for funding for Phase II after being so successful with Phase I. The building was barely two weeks old when they reached full occupancy and had a substantial waiting list. The site, located just outside Tyler Texas city limits, was designed to accept two buildings providing at least 100 units when a second Phase is completed.
