Morris Healthcare brings 58 units of Supportive Living on line in Morris Illinois - 12/22/2008
Altman Charter was not given much of a chance to finish on time when the project in Morris Illinois was given the notice to proceed in January 2008. With the winter in full swing and frozen ground all around, we put our heads together and developed a plan to not let the cold stop us. We also hired some very qualified subcontractors who helped keep the project moving ahead of schedule. It is fun to work on a project when you have good quality workers who care about the product they are putting their name to and it shows when you walk into the new Supportive Living Facility. Our on site superintendent Roy Davis worked with each sub to develop a plan to complete their work in consort with all the subs on the project. It came off as one team working together and helped shave days and weeks off the schedule. We love it when a plan comes together!
