Rooks County Assisted Living Facility opens to rave reviews - 9/5/2008
When Altman Charter signed an agreement with Rooks County to build their new ALF, we were excited to show the owner how our team building approach would insure a quality project within budget. We were presented with a few challenges right out of the box not the least of which was the winter weather. To keep the project moving, we rented a ground heater to thaw the frozen building pad allowing us to install the foundation and floor slab. These 12 new ALF units allows the county facility to meet the needs of residents from the surrounding community.
