Metamorphi Development and Altman Charter complete Historic Tax Credit Project - 1/20/2009
This two building development in mid town St. Louis blended a renovation project funded with historic tax credits and a new two story town home project. Renovating the existing building took careful coordination with the architect to make sure all the historic requirements of the city were met. Replication of existing cornice work, windows and front entry became a focal point to the beauty of the exterior of the building. In addition to the building work the site also required the use of several green features such as rain gardens, dry wells and permeable driveway pavers.
