Eden Village Phase II is ready for occupancy - 12/16/2008
Starting the Phase II renovation project on the heels of completing the Independent Living Facility for Eden Village was an aggressive plan. Eden Village vacated the existing building within a couple of weeks, allowing Altman Charter to begin the 74 unit Assisted Living Facility. Creating new dining areas for each floor and activity space on the first floor transformed this three story building into a warm community with a large atrium gathering space. This gathering space is designed for all Eden Villages activities as well as allowing the local community to hold area functions.
