United Church Homes signs two contracts with Altman Charter - 12/29/2008
Many months of waiting and two different sites could not deter United Church Homes from their mission of providing affordable housing to the Moline, Illinois area community. On December 29, 2008 contracts were signed with Altman Charter to build two separate projects on a single site. The 60 unit three story apartment building will serve the senior community. Adjacent to that building will be a 15 unit single story apartment building to serve the handicapped residents of the community. These projects are being funded thru separate HUD funding and will be available for occupancy in early 2010.
