This development consisting of 20 single story homes and 10 two story homes will be put on the market as for rent units. Several different 3 and 4 bedroom layouts will be available on three city blocks between 13th and 14th Ave, MLK drive and Cleveland Ave. The units are being designed with IHDA Green Criteria.
