| Ahepa 53-III is well under way to an on time completion. Starting the project last fall, Altman-Charter rolled thru the winter months and is in a position to compete this 40 unit Senior Living facility in the fall of 2009. This project is meeting the Clean Water requirements with several green building items like bioretention and rain gardens. In addition the project is installing a generator to allow the facility to stay in operation during power outages. Look for the grand opening later this year.
