| When Cardinal Ritter Senior Services broke ground on Phase I they had high hopes that Phase II would soon follow. This fall Altman Charter will start construction on Phase II, a 38 unit Apartment building for the Elderly. With a coordinated effort of the project team the second phase will sit on the southwest corner of the site.
