| Altman Charter was selected by The Salvation Army to join the "TEAM" bringing 72 Units of Affordable Housing to the Tyler Texas area. After receiving a grant from HUD, The Salvation Army brought together a development team to push the project thru the HUD process as well as The Salvation Army process. The team hopes to have approvals from both before the end of the year. Catherine Booth Gardens of Tyler Texas will sit on the corner of Old Henderson Highway and Golden Road. This is adjacent to another facility run by The Salvation Army.
