The Malone

Location: St. Louis, Missouri

Altman-Charter Company recently completed construction on the 100,000sf historic former Beaumont Telephone Exchange Building.  This historic mixed-use renovation features residential units, a state of the art rooftop pool, hotel lobby space with a coffee bar as well as a commercial space.
