Twain Financial Partners hired Altman-Charter Company to turn an old historic building into their new 41,800sf office with a basement below grade conversion to underground parking.  This historic building on Washington Avenue features a state of the art glass elevator, finishes, skylights, and solar panel energy.  A deck addition has been added off the back of the building for entertaining.
